Retail Orders - We want you to be happy with your Harmony SoapWorks products. We do encourage you to contact us with any questions prior to purchasing to help avoid returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 10 days for a refund or replacement with a like product. Please contact us for return authorization, as we cannot accept unauthorized returns. We only ask that you notify us, within four days, of your intention to return the item and that you pay the return shipping charges.
Wholesale Orders - Your satisfaction is important to us. We will do our best to make sure that you get the products that you want in good condition and in a timely manner. Once our products leave our facilities, we cannot guarantee their purity; therefore they cannot be resold. If you receive a defective product, please

For items damaged in shipment, please save the box and packing materials and contact the carrier immediately to file a claim for damage. It is necessary that you contact both the carrier and Harmony SoapWorks regarding damage. Please be sure to check your packages for any damage immediately. There will be no refunds issued on unauthorized returns.
Custom Orders - We cannot take custom orders back. They are created for you alone and we will give you every opportunity to be sure of your selection prior to ordering.
Our Policy Regarding Payment by Check:
For those paying by check, we will not ship your order until your check has cleared our bank, usually in 7-10 days. To expedite your order, you may send a Money Order or use a credit card. In the event of a returned check, we may charge a $25.00 fee.
